Day 1: Arrival in Dar es Salaam

Upon your arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, a friendly representative from Mrunde African Tours will be waiting to greet you. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s largest city and a bustling hub of culture and commerce. Take this time to relax and unwind after your journey, perhaps indulging in a delicious meal featuring local Tanzanian cuisine.

Day 2: Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve

After breakfast, your safari adventure begins as you board a short flight to the Selous Game Reserve, one of Africa’s largest and most pristine wildlife sanctuaries. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by your expert safari guide and transferred to your lodge or camp within the reserve. Day 3: Selous Wilderness Experience

Today is dedicated to exploring the vast wilderness of the Selous Game Reserve. Set out on morning and afternoon game drives in open-sided safari vehicles, accompanied by your knowledgeable guide.
