Day 1: Start at Momella Gate (1,500 meters) to Miriakamba Hut (2,514 meters)

– Begin the trek from Momella Gate
– Hike through montane forest with opportunities for wildlife viewing
– Arrive at Miriakamba Hut for overnight stay

Day 2: Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut (3,570 meters)

– Trek through moorland and alpine desert
– Pass through the Maasai Steppe and enjoy panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru
– Reach Saddle Hut for overnight stay

Day 3: Third Cave Camp to Rhino Point (3,821 meters) and descent to Momella Gate

– Early morning start for the summit attempt on Rhino Point
– Enjoy sunrise views over Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscape
– Descend back to Third Cave Camp for breakfast
– Trek back to Momella Gate where your trek concludes
